From Phoenix
A) Take Hwy 87 to Payson, turn right in Payson onto Hwy 260 to Heber. In Heber turn left onto Hwy 277 to Snowflake. Continue straight through Snowflake to Concho. Once in Concho turn left onto Hwy 61 to St. Johns and to the office.
B) Take Hwy 60 to Miami and Globe. Continue through Globe, then left at Hwy 60/Show Low turnoff. Continue straight through Show Low heading east 10 miles to the junction of Hwy 60/61 bear left onto Hwy 61, to St. Johns and to the office.
From Tucson
Take Hwy 89 to Oracle Junction, turn right on Hwy 77. You will dead end onto Hwy 70 at Globe. Turn left, go 1 mile, then turn right onto Hwy 60. Continue straight through Show Low heading east 10 miles to the junction of Hwy 60/61 bear left onto Hwy 61, to St. Johns and to the office.

With over 300 days of warm sunshine a year, property owners can live a truly sustainable, self sufficient outdoor life. The wintetrs here are mild, typically producing less than 20 inches of snow most of which falls at a rate of two to three inches per storm and melts into the soil within a day or two. The average high temperature in the coldest month of January is 50 degrees under clear sunny skies. Summer temperatures are mild, with daytime highs averaging in the upper 80’s. Summer temperatures see additional cooling with the arrival of the seasonal monsoon rains, Typically arriving in mid-July, these refreshing afternoon rains bring forth a profusion of colorful wildflowers and turn the ranch’s lush native range grasses vivid green.
All of our G-BAR Ranch properties feature drilling rights into the massive Coconino Sandstone Aquifer. Private wells are allowed and a free access convenience well is available to all ranch owners 24/7 for water hauling.
