Set amid lush stands of ponderosa pines, piñon pines and evergreen junipers and bordering the Sitgreaves National Forest, are the scenic 37-acre homesites of Nutrioso Vistas. Properties of this size are a rare find in one of Arizona's most scenic wilderness settings and only eighteen are available for private deeding.
Located in the heart of the White Mountains, the Nutrioso valley is a small enclave of private properties centered in the prime outdoor recreation region in all of northern Arizona. Hunters and fishermen from all over the world travel to this unique recreational jewel to fish the area's free-flowing streams and well-stocked lakes and to hunt big game in the surrounding national forest. Families from Phoenix and Tucson have long traveled to this region to escape the heat of the southern Arizona deserts. Nutrioso is free of the traffic noise, crime and pollution of larger towns — no fast food restaurants, bright lights, or even a stop light.
Your land in Nutrioso Vistas will be surrounded by picturesque mountains with scenic overlooks of the lush green valley below. The cool summer temperatures in the Nutrioso valley (typically in the 70s) encourage outdoor activities including fishing, hunting, boating, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding and golf. Wintertime brings downhill skiing at nearby Sunrise ski resort, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing and ice fishing.
The mixed contours throughout each property provide a wide selection of building sites, each with sweeping long-range views of the surrounding mountains and valley below. The property's zoning allows for additional partitioning into smaller parcels for either investment or estate planning purposes and RV use is welcomed. Seller financing is available with affordable terms. Prices start at $225,000. Call 602.264.0000 for more information or to schedule an appointment.
